Company history

1963	Aoiseiki Co.,Ltd. founded with 5,000,000(JPY) capital. Establishment of the first Headquarters in Osaka and the Hiroshima office. Nishimura Kuninosuke installed as first president. Maiden marketing agreement entered into with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. Began marketing and distribution of a series of Precision cutting Tools and Gear-Cutting Machineries.
1965	Started the marketing and distribution of Machine Tools produced by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.
1970	Capital stock increased to, 7,500,000(JPY)
1971	Capital stock increased to 10,000,000(JPY)
1974	Nishimura Kuninosuke installed as chairperson; Okamoto Yuji as second president.
1975	Started the maketing and distribution of chip convers.
1980	Capital stock increased to 15,000,000(JPY)
1981	Established Hofu Branch in Yamaguchi Pref. Established an exclusive-agent contract in western Japan with Fine Machine Kataoka Co.,Ltd. Started selling washing machines.
1987	Established a Marketing agency contract with Bunri Inc.
1990	The current corporate office built in Aramoto,Higashi-Osaka city, where the Osaka Headquarters is transferred.
2008	A new Hiroshima Office built in the current place.
2009	Okamoto Junichi elected third president.
2012	Transferred Hofu office to a new office building in the current location.
2014	Established Aoiseiki Philippines Corporation, the First oversea subsidiary.
2014	Established Aoiseiki Thailand, the second oversea subsidiary.
2014	Capital stock increased to 30,000,000(JPY)
